Organizations all over the world are moving groups of people from one location to another.  To help manage the risks of those activities they have hired Institutional risk managers, such as attorneys and insurance providers, to tell them what actions to avoid.  But in telling them what not to do, these experts, rarely help them determine what they should be doing.  Adventure Management is focused on helping our clients develop operational strategies for interacting with uncertainty in a sustainable manner.
